This adaptor plate is required when you want to fit a 6 inch steel wheel to one of the small kart hubs (58mm PCD) that are used for the alloy wheels. This means that you don't have to buy new hubs if you already have the small ones. Obviously if you already have hubs for the older type nylon wheels, then adaptor plates aren't necessary.
They can be bolted (or welded - ideal) to the steel wheels and are then fitted directly to the small hubs.
Please allow a week for delivery as these need to be specially machined. |
